Why such a reference to "Western standard "? We are actually a group of role-playing games fans and LARP players from Europe who happen to live in India. Some of us have a "day-time" job while some have actually quitted their job in order to make Malefosse a success.

We work with Western craftsmen for costumes and leather -many of these artisans have won professional awards in Europe.

Of course we also have in our team local craftsmen, who are developing our chainmail, leather books, tents, terracota and jewels. We take great pride in running an equitable business - our prices are low because India has a strong cost advantage when it comes to labour but we treat our Indian colleagues with great respect: in Malefosse, you will find quality and dignity.
In ours units, wages of the employees are 3500 INR to 5500 INR for an average wages of 2000 INR in India. Most of all, theses units belongs to a community with strong social laws. The manager get some wages around 6000 INR. There are social security, unions and pay holliday. .
